Lyft completed the acquisition of TBR Global Chauffeuring for £83m.

Lyft, a company specializing in global mobility and ride‑hailing services, completed the acquisition of TBR Global Chauffeuring, a company focused on premium chauffeur and ground transportation services, for £83m. “The Lyft app is an on-demand piece of technology; TBR is much more high-touch – specialist, complex events, financial roadshows… a high level of offline bookings. There won’t be an integration, but there is an opportunity to share business. We’re two businesses that are able to complement each other as part of a wider group.” Craig Chambers, group CEO of TBR Global Chauffeuring.
