LDR Partners-backed Industrial Control Solutions completed the acquisition of Duro-Sense.

LDR Partners-backed Industrial Control Solutions, a manufacturer of pressure, vacuum, level, flow, and temperature sensor solutions, completed the acquisition of Duro-Sense, a designer and manufacturer of thermocouples, RTDs, and custom temperature measurement assemblies for industrial, aerospace, defense, and energy applications.
