Flowplus, a Finnish technical service company, completed the acquisition of the engine and equipment maintenance operations of Enersense International, a firm specializing in energy transmission and production, industrial energy transition, and telecommunications services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition bridged the gap between their operations in Kotka and the eastern border, providing a stronger local presence for major forest and energy industry clients in South Karelia.
