Ardian, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in JPB Systeme, a manufacturer of advanced aerospace components and industrial manufacturing technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ardian’s minority investment in our capital marks a major milestone in the history of JPB Système. This partnership will accelerate our international development and strengthen our innovation capabilities in the fields of aerospace and Industry 4.0,” Damien Marc, JBP Systeme CEO.
