Construction Partners completed the acquisition of P&S Paving.

Construction Partners, a company that provides construction materials and services for the building and maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, highways, bridges and airports, completed the acquisition of P&S Paving, an asphalt paving and infrastructure services contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
