Miramar Capital Partners to invest in Comp-Utility.

Miramar Capital Partners, a platform for data center services established through strategic investments, agreed to invest in Comp-Utility, a full-service engineering firm specializing in power, cooling, and infrastructure design for data centers and other mission-critical environments.
