DCC to acquire FLAGA from UGI International for £47.5m.

DCC, an international sales, marketing and support services group focused on energy, agreed to acquire FLAGA, a distributor of liquid gas in Austria, from UGI International, an energy company engaged in the distribution, marketing, and storage of LPG across Europe, for £47.5m. "These acquisitions are an important step in DCC's strategy to be the leading energy solutions provider in our chosen markets.
