Abac Capital-backed Iberfrasa completed the merger with Incasa.

Abac Capital-backed Iberfrasa, a Spanish company specializing in the development and large-scale manufacturing of personal care, household hygiene, and perfumery products, completed the merger with Incasa, a European manufacturer specializing in the production of third-party household and personal care products.
