EMZ Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in koenig.solutions from Artjom König and Gottlieb König.

EMZ Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in koenig.solutions, a specialized SAP service provider focused on SAP data management, system transformation, and managed services for the energy and utilities sector, from Artjom König, co-founder and managing director of koenig.solutions, and Gottlieb König,co-founder and managing director of koenig.solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The investment from EMZ provides additional momentum for our ambitious growth targets.
