Quantum Capital-backed Rockcliff Energy III, an oil and natural gas company, completed the acquisition of East Texas assets from Pine Wave Energy Partners, a privately held energy company strategically focused on exploring and developing unconventional oil and natural gas resources. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction marks our second successful monetization in just over three years and is a testament to our team’s ability to source, aggregate, and develop high-quality assets in complex operating environments.
