Suncrete completed the acquisition of Schwarz Ready Mix.

Suncrete, a ready-mix concrete logistics and distribution platform operating in a critical junction of the construction value chain, completed the acquisition of Schwarz Ready Mix, a company that provides ready-mixed concrete to residential and commercial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today's acquisition significantly expands our operations in the fast-growing Oklahoma City metro area while strategically growing our geographic footprint in the state.
