Quad-C Management-backed Flow Service Partners, a provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration and plumbing services, completed the acquisition of Weber Refrigeration & Heating, a Kansas-based heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
