EchoStar-backed Hughes Network Systems completed the acquisition of Anderson Connectivity.

EchoStar-backed Hughes Network Systems, a provider satellite based networks and services for businesses, governments, and consumers completed the acquisition of Anderson Connectivity, an aerospace company specialising in the design, engineering, manufacture, and repair of airborne, maritime, land-mobile and spaceborne antenna and satcom systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our Aviation and Defense business units at Hughes continue to excel.
