Parraid Javaid completed the acquisition of DesignLinx Hardware Solutions.

Parraid Javaid, a developer of secure communications and telemetry solutions, completed the acquisition of DesignLinx Hardware Solutions, an FPGA engineering firm specializing in embedded systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition positions us to push the boundaries of what Parraid products can do. DesignLinx brings years of specialized knowledge in FPGA development — an area increasingly critical to the secure, high-throughput, low-latency systems our clients demand," Alan Parris, Parris Javaid Managing Director.
