Lynk to merge with Omnispace.

Lynk, a mobile network technology company that provides a patented and commercially-licensed satellite-direct-to-standard-phone system, agreed to merge with Omnispace, a telecommunications company that is building a global 5G network by integrating satellite and terrestrial networks. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We now have the right mix of technology, spectrum and leadership to extend mobile connectivity where and when it’s needed most. This merger will enable us to accelerate our efforts in delivering seamless, reliable messaging, voice and data services – serving MNOs, as well as consumer, commercial and industrial vehicles, and government and utility sectors worldwide,” Ramu Potarazu, Lynk CEO.
