Road Mobility Services completed the acquisition of Trailerservice Sodertalje from Pepparkvarnens Forvaltnings.

Road Mobility Services, a company provider of mobility services intended to provide rapid, professional, and sustainable services during unexpected interruptions on the road, completed the acquisition of Trailerservice Sodertalje, a company that operates a vehicle workshop focused on maintenance and repair of trailers, trucks and associated heavy vehicles, from Pepparkvarnens Forvaltnings, a Swedish company that conducts activities in road transport and freight traffic. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Trailerservice Södertälje AB is an important step in our strategy to offer comprehensive solutions for our customers.
