Marex Group to acquire Valcourt.

Marex Group, a diversified global financial services platform providing essential liquidity, market access, and infrastructure services, agreed to acquire Valcourt, a provider of fixed income investment solutions and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the team from Valcourt to Marex.
