Kuehne+Nagel, a logistics provider, completed the acquisition of a 24.9% stake in Apex Logistics, a global logistics provider, from Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, for $996m. "With support from Partners Group, we have transformed from a China-based logistics firm to a global freight forwarder with comprehensive one-stop supply chain solutions.
