Aquila Capital, an asset manager focused on sustainable investments across renewable energy, infrastructure, and real estate, agreed to acquire Danish and Greek wind assets of Aquila European Renewables, an investment company managing a diversified portfolio of renewable energy assets in Europe, for €61.9m.
