Synopsis
KBC, a universal multi-channel bank-insurer, agreed to acquire the business lease Czech Republic and Slovakia of AutoBinck, a provider of innovative mobility and energy solutions, for €72m. “This acquisition marks again an important step forward in KBC Group’s strategy to strengthen our already strong position in both Czech Republic and Slovakia,” Johan Thijs, KBC Group CEO.
