Xenon Private Equity-backed Rinovha, an Italian industrial services platform focused on hazardous and industrial waste management, completed the acquisition of Vico, an Italian environmental services company specializing in industrial decommissioning, environmental remediation, selective demolition and waste management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
