Phenna Group to acquire ITS Controlli Tecnici from PG Control Holdings.

Phenna Group, a company focused on the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance sector, agreed to acquire ITS Controlli Tecnici, a specialized provider of technical control services, from PG Control Holdings, a UK-based private limited holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
