Marsa Maroc and CMA Terminals to form a joint venture.

Marsa Maroc, a Moroccan port operator, and CMA Terminals, a global container terminal development and operations company, agreed to form a joint venture. Marsa Maroc will hold 51% of the share capital and voting rights of the concession company, while CMA Terminals will hold the remaining 49%. Financial terms were not disclosed.
