Warren Equity Partners completed an investment in Obsequio.

Warren Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market operating companies primarily in North America, completed an investment in Obsequio, a provider of fire safety, water hygiene, security, asbestos, energy, and environmental compliance services across the UK, supporting both public and private sector clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our journey with Beech Tree over the past two and a half years has been exceptional.
