DuBois Chemicals completed the acquisition of Broadmoor Products.

DuBois Chemicals, a chemical solutions provider offering metal cleaning, pre treatment, painting, finishing, water treatment, metalworking fluids, gel, solvents, emulsion degreasers, and lubricants, completed the acquisition of Broadmoor Products, a provider of specialty chemicals for industrial and commercial production and maintenance.
