Igneo Infrastructure to acquire City Green Light from Marguerite and FIEE.

Igneo Infrastructure, a global infrastructure manager, agreed to acquire City Green Light, an independent operator of public lighting in Italy, from Marguerite, a pan-European infrastructure fund manager, and and FIEE, a European fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
