Edmond de Rothschild-backed Pearl Infrastructure Capital, a specialised investment fund dedicated to financing environmental infrastructure projects, completed the investment in Energy Pool, a player in the energy transition, providing advanced software and services for managing and optimizing energy systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation marks a major milestone for Energy Pool.
