Apollo Hospitals completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in PET-CV Joint Venture from Parkway Healthcare.

Apollo Hospitals, India’s multispecialty hospital, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in PET-CV Joint Venture, which is focused on providing advanced diagnostic imaging services, particularly in oncology, from Parkway Healthcare, a company which includes hospitals, ambulatory centers, medical clinics, imaging centers and diagnostic laboratories. Financial terms were not disclosed.
