Essen Health Care-backed Intention Healthcare, a home- and community-based medical group delivering house calls, primary care, urgent care, and virtual care, completed the acquisiton of technology and key assets, from Vesta Healthcare, a provider of caregiver-connected virtual care and care coordination services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vesta Healthcare built a model that meaningfully connects caregivers and clinical teams to improve outcomes and independence for patients at home.
