EQT-backed Osmose Utilities Services completed the acquisition of Centillion Solutions.

EQT-backed Osmose Utilities Services, a company providing technical services to utility and telecommunications networks, completed the acquisition of Centillion Solutions, a provider of fiber-optic engineering, design, and geospatial services.
