Enery, a renewable energy company, completed the acquisition of project Lassie of ContourGlobal, a growth-oriented independent power producer, and Energy Infrastructure Partners, an investment firm focused on energy infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, we strengthen our position in the Slovak market with a portfolio we know very well.
