Ambienta-backed Frigoveneta, a provider of industrial and commercial refrigeration solutions, completed the acquisition of Freddo, a provider of industrial and commercial refrigeration solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction marks Frigoveneta's third add-on investment, following the acquisitions of Mercuri in February 2025 and Bonera in July 2025. Since entering the sector in early 2024, Ambienta has strengthened the platform across multiple dimensions, aiming to establish a market leader aligned with the key environmental trends transforming the refrigeration industry. Ambienta remains committed to expanding the platform by integrating companies with complementary technologies, service capabilities, and market access.
