Guidewire Software completed the acquisition of Pronav Technologies from Greensky Ventures.

Guidewire Software, a provider of property and casualty insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Pronav Technologies, a developer of an AI-powered knowledge management platform from Greensky Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ProNavigator, inside of Guidewire, makes every insurance professional an expert.
