PMGC Capital-backed AGA Precision Systems completed the acquisition of Indarg Engineering.

PMGC Capital-backed AGA Precision Systems, a manufacturing company engaged in CNC machining, mold manufacturing, and precision metalworking, completed the acquisition of Indarg Engineering, a precision computer numerical control machining company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This expansion strengthens AGA’s development to become a trusted U.S.-based supplier of complex, high-precision components for the aerospace and defense industries, adding new capacity and complementary expertise to its existing Santa Ana headquarters.
