Paragon Care to acquire Somnotec from Innovmedics for SGD24m.

Paragon Care, a medical device company, agreed to acquire Somnotec, a distributor of medical devices and technology, from Innovmedics, a medical and hospital equipment company, for SGD24m. “We are excited to welcome the Somnotec Group to the ParagonCare team. Somnotec is a well-run business and is highly complementary to ParagonCare’s business.
