Kresk-backed Humind completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Stride-Up.

Kresk-backed Humind, a French technology group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Stride-Up, a French digital performance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through its integration into Humind Digital—where it will contribute its expertise in Digital Marketing and AI—Stride-Up will in turn benefit from numerous synergies to support its growth: access to commercial partners and the group’s broader ecosystem, sharing of innovation and know-how across the entire value chain, and pooling of support functions.
