Xenon Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Arco, a specialized Italian industrial firm, Ideal System, an Italian industrial company specializing in professional surface treatments, and VP Verniciatura, an Italian industrial painting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Xenon’s investment will support the creation of a new industrial platform in the coatings sector, leveraging complementary skills, geographic reach, and advanced production technologies to generate revenue and cost synergies and to pursue further acquisitions in a fragmented and fast-growing market.
