NEC to acquire CSG Systems International for $2.9bn.

NEC, a company specializing in information technology and network solutions, agreed to acquire CSG Systems International, a US-based provider of SaaS billing and customer experience solutions, for $2.9bn. The transaction strengthens NEC's position as a leader in next-generation digital solutions and accelerates AI and cloud-driven innovation for customers across industries.
