Branford Castle-backed GPT Industries, a company specializing in pipeline sealing, electrical isolation, and remote asset monitoring, completed the acquisition of Integrated Rectifier Technologies, a manufacturer of transformer rectifiers for the cathodic protection industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
