Francisco Partners, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of Jamf, a provider of Apple device management and security solutions, from Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm, for $2.2 bn. “Francisco Partners’ investment in Jamf represents an exciting milestone in our journey.
