MSC Cruises completed the acquisition of SLAM from Vam Investments.

MSC Cruises, a privately held cruise line company, completed the acquisition of SLAM, an Italian apparel company that designs and distributes technical sailing and performance sportswear, from Vam Investments, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
