Azuria Water Solutions, a company specialising in technology-enabled water and pipeline rehabilitation solutions, completed the acquisition of Atlantic Coast Contractors, a company focused on trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and water/sewer infrastructure services in North Carolina. Financial terms were not disclosed.
