AssetMark to acquire Efficient Advisors from Fiduciary Services Group.

AssetMark Financial Holdings, a company operating in wealth management and advisor‑platform services, agreed to acquire Efficient Advisors, an asset management platform, from Fiduciary Services Group, a financial services firm.
