Bondata Uusimaa, a human resources firm, completed the acquisition of Jusmer, a regional unit within the Go On staffing franchise network, from Jusa Meriläinen, a specialist in the Vantaa and Tuusula labor markets, Jussi Reilinen, a specialist in the personnel services industry, and Maarit Halonen, an HR expert and recruitment specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For Uusimaa and Vantaa, this acquisition is part of a strategic decision to invest significantly more in the Helsinki metropolitan area than before.
