ART to acquire M.A.E. Elettronica.

ART, an Italian technology company specializing in advanced electronic systems for automotive and mobility applications, agreed to acquire M.A.E. Elettronica, an Italian company specializing in original equipment dashboards, power units, and sensors for motorcycles.
