Bondata Uusimaa, a human resources firm, completed the acquisition of Rekasal, a Finnish human resources and staffing company, from Jusa Meriläinen, a specialist in the Vantaa and Tuusula labor markets, Jussi Reilinen, a specialist in the personnel services industry, and Maarit Halonen, an HR expert and recruitment specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The entire staff, including all entrepreneurs, will continue to work for Bondata. At the same time, we will make additional investments in the development of the region, including establishing our own Bondata office in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
