Onet Luxembourg, a multi-service provider in the Grand Duchy, specializing in professional cleaning, facility management, and security, completed the acquisition of Seris Luxembourg, a provider of private security and risk management services in the Grand Duchy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Seris Luxembourg marks an important step for Onet, consolidating our foothold in the Luxembourg security market.
