Agility Equity Partners completed the investment in TPI Efficiency.

Agility Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm, completed the investment in TPI Efficiency, a Cleveland-based outsourced utility management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will provide capital to support TPI Efficiency's continued growth strategy, including strategic add-on acquisitions to expand the Company's service capabilities and geographic footprint. Under ScaleCo's operational leadership, TPI has strengthened its management team, upgraded operational processes, and enhanced its technology infrastructure to position the business for scalable growth.
