Bondata Häme, a company that functions as the regional operational hub for personnel services, completed the acquisition of Vagomet, a specialized recruitment and staff leasing firm, from Jonni Vauhkonen, a Finnish entrepreneur and human resources professional based in Lahti. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Lahti and Hämeenlinna areas have several strong sectors, especially industry and manufacturing, with which we want to cooperate even more closely.
