Inflexion, a mid-market private equity firm, completed a minority investment in Mountain Warehouse, a retailer that specializes in outdoor equipment, clothing and accessories for activities such as hiking, camping, skiing and cycling. Financial terms were not disclosed. "During our partnership, Mountain Warehouse’s financial performance has been strong.
